Westworld es la serie con más nominaciones al Emmy 2017

Creada por Jonathan Nolan, Westworld es la serie de HBO, considerada como la más reciente mega producción de la cadena que ha juntado 22 nominaciones a los premios Emmy, convirtiéndose en la serie más nominada del año. Sorprendentemente, Saturday Night Live también recibió esa cantidad de nominaciones.
La serie se basa en una película de 1973 sobre un parque de diversiones futurista en donde las personas de dinero hacen uso de robots para cumplir sus fantasías más extrañas. Este nuevo drama que combina el western futurista con robots, la protagonizan Anthony Hopkins, Evan Rachel Wood, Ed Harris, Jeffrey Wright, James Marsden y Rodrigo Santoro.
Por otro lado, otra serie que podría estar bien galardonada es Stranger Things con 4 nominaciones. El show que acaba de anunciar su regreso a Netflix el 27 de octubre, tiene nominación a Mejor Serie Dramática, Mejores Actores Secundarios en Drama, Mejor Director y Mejor Guion Dramático.
Y para la sorpresa de la noche, la fallecida Carrie Fischer a sido nominada dentro de la categoría Mejor Actriz invitada en Comedia por su labor en Catastrophe. Comparte categoría con Wanda Sykes, Becky Ann Baker, Angela Bassett, Kristen Wiigy Melissa McCarthy. ¡Un gran detalle!
